Update: Works As DesignedI had written a somewhat negative review when I first bought and tested this backup battery (see below). In response Anker sent me another as a replacement. I got similar results with the second battery. I could get about 1.5 charges from the 10,000 mAh battery for my 5,000 mAh Pixel 6 Pro battery.HOWVER, I recently read an online article by a man who tested different brands and capacities of lithium batteries. In ALL cases, he said “Due to energy loss and voltage conversion, the actual capacity of a power bank is about 2/3 of the indicated capacity.” In my opinion I think I got a little more than 2/3 of the stated capacity, closer to 3/4.So, given the fact that this “shortage” appears to be true of all lithium (and maybe other) batteries, I can’t criticize Anker for an issue that is common to all such batteries. As a result of this finding, and Anker’s response by sending me another battery, I have updated my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. If you are interested in the article, here is the link: review: As others have pointed out, this 10,000 mAh rated backup battery does not provide anywhere that amount of charge to phones, at least to my Pixel 6 Pro with a 5,000 mAh battery.I had the battery charged fully. Within a day, my phone was at 20% power. I plugged up the Anker to the phone. Since my phone was at 20%, and I needed 5,000 mAh max, I should have used somewhere between 4,000 and 4,500 mAh to charge the phone. Two days later, I needed to charge the phone again. I plugged it the Anker. Again, the phone was at 20%. When the phone got to 71% charge, the battery ran out of power. So, I got at best 2,500 mAh of charge from the battery that in theory would have had between 4,000 and 5,000 mAh left. Clearly, that is not the case. Now I guess you could argue that getting 1.7 charges for a phone with a large battery is a good thing. Yes, in an emergency, it would be. Maybe I’m being too simple minded. I had always assumed that 10,000 = 5,000 + 5,000. Apparently, Anker is using some kind of new math.

built for the task!this is a rocksolid, portable, charging battery pack, which appears it will take a beating, but still perform with no problems. I certainly do not recommend deliberately abusing this product, however, what I mean is, if you should accidentally drop it, or put it through any other normal wear and tear it should still perform and give you the back of power you need for travel, or any other time back up batteries would be necessary. my only complaint with this is the charging cord is extremely short, I suspect in order to keep costs down, however, you can easily find longer cords right here on Amazon, or wherever electronic charging devices are sold. since I just recently received this item, this is the most complete review I can give at this time. Do not hesitate to buy this or any other anchor products, which I have some reviews on here on Amazon, as you will not be disappointed.

It’s a good safety deviceOn a recent trip out of town, I found myself with a dead battery walking in downtown Nashville, no ability to call an Uber or help, or even navigate to my Airbnb. I had no backup battery. Fortunately, I went back to the restaurant and found someone that did.Never again! Keep my trusty and ready to use Anker with me.

Perfect Power BankThe Anker Portable Charger with USB-C and 10000mAh battery capacity is an amazing product that I highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable charging on-the-go. The 20W Power Delivery ensures that your devices charge quickly, while the USB-C port allows for seamless compatibility with a variety of devices. The sleek and compact design makes it easy to carry around in your pocket or bag, and the LED indicator shows you how much battery life is remaining. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this Anker Portable Charger, and it has saved me countless times when I’m out and about. Five stars!

Rapidly charges my Motorola phonePurchased this charger before a trip to Disney & Universal. The charger itself charges in something like 2-6 hours using an 18W turbo wall charger. The charger put my Motorola phone into TurboCharge mode and rapidly charged it. I used it to top the phone off from time to time as the Disney or Universal app along w/ GPS turned on drains it faster than normal. Does get a little warm when it’s charging the phone but not unexpected. Happy with the purchase.

Good battery LifeI brought the product at the end of February and didn’t have a chance to use it until April; the battery was still on full charge. It’s lightweight and I was able to store it efficiently in my carry-on bag.

Just OkayThis unit is slow to recharge once it’s been used. I suppose that may not be an issue for everyone.

Great for travelingI bought this for my travel so I do not have to use public charges at the airport or bus station. So far so good, the battery charge well and lasts for several days.

Works great, as all Anker productsLove the charging speed and resistance to summer heat. If USBC to USBC stops working enable the trickle charging feature then switch back to normal charging. No issues with USBA charger port so far. 6 month ownership
